What Causes Painless Red Circular-shaped Rash On Genitals And Buttocks?

I have red circles on my genitals looks like ringworms and on the top of my butt but they don t itch or anything at all. And it all started with just a couple of them on my genitals and in a week they have spreaded I now have about 5 on my genitals and 3 on my butt... can you please please help me??

I have gone through your query. Your problem can be most likely due to fungal infection Tinea corporis also called as ring worm. If you send a picture of it then it will be more helpful in identifying. For such case i would recommend using ointments or lotion containing terbinafine or miconazole for local application and fluconazole tablet to take orally.
