What Causes Painfully Swollen Joints While On Concor And Norvasc?

I am taking concor 2.5 together with perscription ofLipitor 40mg, cardiprin, for 3 weeks now. I also been taking norvasc 5mg and allupurino 200mg for 1 year. However, after starting on concor and the other 2 new perscriptions, I am experiencing swollen and pain in joints. Can I stop the concor 2.5?
