Hello,

Causes for clogged ears and itchy throat are:-
1) Allergic reaction
2) Ear wax
3) Throat infection
4) Ear infection like otitis media
5) A sore throat
6) Foreign body in the ear
You can use Otoid ear drops. Do steam inhalation and warm water or betadine gargling three to four times a day. Treatment depends upon underlying condition. Kindly follow with a detailed history, or consult with ENT surgeon.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
