What Causes Painful Wrist And Fingers?

I can very painful wrists and fingers. They swell really badly when I am using them. It s almost like a fluid build up around my knuckles and just swollen tissue around my joints. I am 28 years old and have suffered with my hands and wrists since I was 16 never to this extent though

Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, this could be arthritis of small joints, some times this could be well treated with steroid if you are candidate for this, else NSAID is the best medicine for this and best option would be "Tab Diclofenac 50 mg once in day" (For the steroid therapy diagnosis need to be confirmed and there should not be infection ) hope this information helps, take care.
