What Causes Painful Urination With Nausea?
Hi,I am 18yr male and i want to ask that for past few days i feels pain after urination and it was around my belly button, and also urine colour is showing greenish tingue, i did urinalysis and it shows 1-2 puss cells and 1-2 epilethial cell. I also feels nausea after urination.

Painful urination may be due to many reasons like calculus in genito-urinary tract,UTI etc.
You need clinical examination and investigations.
Investigations include routine hemogram,random blood sugar,ultrasound of abdomen.
Ultrasound is important and it can exclude many causes.
You should drink plenty of water.
Your urine analysis findings are normal.
Up to 5 pus cells are normally found in urine.
Few epithelial cells are normally found in urine.
