I am a pregnant 20 year old woman, and in the past week I have been having what I would call severe vaginal discomfort. It started out with very painful urination, swelling, uncontrolable itching. The painful urination, and swelling seemed to dissappear, but the itching continued. I now have a redish purple rash which looks like it has white pustules. (the "blisters" do not hurt) Painful urination has returned along with a very thick discharge. Should I call my doctor?
