What Causes Painful Urination, Penis Pain And White Discharge?
Painful urination and white discharge. Also the tip and head of my penis is tender when touched. Is it an STD? UTI? I was afraid it was sore from over masturbation but now there is a white discharge. I performed oral sex and had it performed on me about 6 days ago.

You're most likely to have UTI. Don't worry about your conditions it would be alright. You can go for a course of antibiotics. Amoxicillin would do good. Take it for 5 to 7 days and make sure you drink plenty of water.
