Hi i am Dr Ahmed Aly
thanks for using helthcaremagic site ,
there are many causes of such pain butthe main two causes is a renal gravel or a prostatic inflammation but if you dont have the urge for urination frequently you may try more water and diuretics with less salts and proteins in your meals ,antispasmodics and declophen tablets or intramuscular injections have a good releif with such colics hope you feel better if not you shal go to the hospital sometimes such pain reach the level of labor pain so dont be late for checking your urine analysis for the sake of protecting yourself from more complications

Hope the above information helps you,Thanks for writing into healthcaremagic.
