hi, ive been having urinary issues. this includes painful urination and my vagina feeling like its burning. i really cant explain it fully, but recently i peed something came out. i felt it, it was ovalish shape, with red dots on it, with mucus looking whitish stuff around it, im wondering what that was exactly..

Hello,

The painful urination with burning vagina and passage of oval thing with red dots and mucus looking white stuff indicates urinary tract infection with cystitis, passage of epithelial cells with blood stain over it and associated vaginal infection most likely. However, a urine microscopy and vaginal swab test is best recommended for the final confirmation of the diagnosis. Till that time, drink plenty of liquids and take care of vaginal hygiene with avoidance of vaginal sex if active.
