What Causes Painful Ulcer On Buttocks?
I have an open sore in the inside and top of my butt crack…at first tge area was a little red and blackish and bumpy. Now it is an open sore/ulcer that wont close. It is painful to walk and sit sometimes. Could I get some assistance on how to heal it? P.s. Im not sexually active so I know its not that.

From history it seems that there might be having an abscess on the part and now burst open producing open wound.
Now it requires proper drainage of pus while pushing wound and removing of pus and slough.
Consult your doctor and get the dressing done properly for few days.
do not try to dress by your self.
