What Causes Painful Swollen Testicle?
I have pain in the my left testicle right on the tip where, I think it feels like a small tube is connected to it. It has a slight ache but it doesn't appear to be swollen that I can see. I have been reading about Testicular torsion but it not an unbearable pain.

You need proper clinical examination and routine investigations.
Investigations include routine hemogram,random blood sugar,ultrasound and colour doppler of scrotum,urine RE/ME.
Your symptoms may be due to causes like testicular torsion,epididymo-orchitis etc.
Ultrasound of scrotum with colour doppler examination is important.It can assess many conditions in testis.
Proper treatment depend upon findings.
