hi, im a 43 year old female ,a few days ago my nipple began to feel sore,then the front bottom tip of my nipple started to swell,kind of had the apperence on a heat blast.yesterday i picked it with a needle to see if there was any puss but there was nothing just bleed alot for a small pick but tonight i looked at it and a could see the there was puss and when i put some preasure on it thepuss came shotting out there was alot.
