What Causes Painful Swelling, Redness And Discolouration On Legs?
I have redness and discolouration on my both my legs just above the ankles, occasionally left ankle will swell. Sore even to touch sometimes. ( I take a water tablet) Legs can be extremely painful especially at night. My GP seems unconcerned has suggested elevating legs in the evening, which I do.

From what you have described, is arthritis ankle joints, you will need a thorough investigation from a rheumatologist for diagnosis and treatment
