What Causes Painful Swelling On Ankle After Exercise?
i started gym recently and 30 mins after workout noticed above my ankle was swollen and felt like an insect bite.i elevated and iced it and bruising developed and has dissipated after 2weeeks but i am left with a lump about 1 inch above my ankle that is slightly tender to touch
