Orthopaedic Surgeon, Joint Replacement 's  Response
Hi
Thanks for writing your query
After going through the brief description of yours. It seems to be the arthritis of ankle joints, hypoprotienaemia (that is less amount of protein). You have not mentioned about blood test for serum creatinine and urea.MRI report alone has less significance it has to be supplemented by physical examination of patients .Meanwhile continue with ice fomentation, ibuprofen and trypsin to reduce pain and swelling.
Hope this information helps you. If the problem persists see a doctor.
Take care and I shall be glad to answer any further query.
