What Causes Painful Swelling In The Perineum Area?

i have a swell on the gooch area and it swell up to about two weeks and burst. There are pus coming out from it and i had to clean it throughly and there is a hole. Now its been one month and the hole has not closed up. What may be the possible disease

I really appreciate your concern, if this is the abscess formation then it has to be drained surgically all the necrotic tissues needs to be scooped out all the pockets needs to be opened for puss draining and without this is the healing will not be possible beside this proper antibiotic plays the greater role in autolyzing the infection hope this information helps.
