What Causes Painful Spasms In The Shoulder Blade?

I am experiencing occasional painful spasms in my right shoulder blade or under the blade. They feel like flutters that last a few seconds. Sometimes, I can go 3-4 days without them. I don t have health insurance so should I go to an emergency room?

Hi dear thanks for writing it seems muscular sprain.
I advise you to take Tab Hifenac TH and diclofenac ointment on affected area
Hot water shakes for few days will be helpful. Do not lift heavy object. Do not allow your shoulder to freeze, do some movement at regular interval. If pain persists after few days then MRI is advisable to check the nerve compression and internal damage if any.
Hope this information helps
Thanks and regards
