The antibiotics and pain medication do not seem to be working. Her white blood cells level went up today and her pain was un-bearable. Pease advise of what can be done to assist in her recovery. General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear!
I understand your concern!
Calcyphylaxis is a very painful condition to patients on dialysis.
Calcific uremic arteriolopathy ocurs in hemodialysis patients,
painful ulcers or sores , mainly due to electrolyte disbalance, hyperparathyroidysm etc, and all these changes are part of dialysis.

To ameliorate the situation dhe first thing your
doctor has to do is to normalize these parameters.
He may give her bisphosphonates etc depending on analysis results.

Hope she do well.
