he ordered a x-ray and nothing showed up....but pain is still I was diagnosed with lung cancer in 2013 so I thought maybe that s were my pain was coming from but my oncologist didn t seem to think I have been having pain in my shoulder blade for almost a year now.........been to my doctor

From history it seems that there might be having some radiating pain form affected lung due to pleuritic pain or lung lesion deteriorating more.
