Hello There

After going through your medical query I understand your concern and I would like to tell you that generalized weakness can cause temporary aching of muscles. You should take calcium, vitamin d and vitamin b supplements for 15-20 days to recover from weakness and improve your diet.

Hopefully this information will guide you properly.

Kind Regards
Dr Bhanu Partap
