What Causes Painful, Raised Lump On Thigh With Red Circular Rash Around It?

I have a raised red lump on my thigh it hasn t broken through it is under the surface it hurts when I apply pressure iI thought it was ringworm at first it was ishy and had a red circle around it I applied fungal cream and the lump is still there after two weeks also the red circle rash has lightened up idk what this is

HERE i would like to know the age and any history of diabetes ,BP.
ACCORDING TO YOUR DISCRIPTION it might be boil over the thigh region .

it is so painful while walking,on movements of leg
you need to take antibiotics like augmentin 625 ,along with analgesics like aceclofenac ,CLOTIMAZOLE OINTMENT FOR LOCAL APPLICATION ,for 3 days slowly it will subside .

plz check once RBS,CBP,ESR,

wear loose dress,keep the area well exposed to air .

avoid stressful conditions .
ok. dont worry i will subside ..
