Hello,

These symptoms are caused by different causes:

-injury
-Infection
-dermatitis(contact)
-athletic foot(tinea pedis)
-arthritis(gout)

You can start by change the shoes, some betadine bath, good foot hygiene, carbohydrate diet reduction, some analgesic like Paracetamol.

If that gets not better you should contact a dermatologist or a specialist in rheumatology. Fast recovery.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Sonela Suxho, Pathologist and Microbiologist
