Hello. Thank you for contacting HCM. I have gone through your question and I understand your concern. I am afraid that treatment of acne takes few months and is not possible in 2 days. I wouldn t recommend topical medicines like betnovate N for the treatment of your acne and scars. It contains betamethasone and neomycin ( corticosteriod and antifungal) which is not to be used as a long term treatment.....and as effective as it may seem in reducing acne...one has to weigh the pros and cons of using it in each particular case which can be better done by a consulting dermatologist. TREATMENT: Clindamycin phosphate gels/creams applied locally on acne twice daily. VitaminA creams only to be applied in a very little amount only at the acne at bedtime. Daily application of a sunscreen . face wash/ soaps formulated against acne to be used. if your case is of a severe acne you may be prescribed Vitamin A capsules.....but they too have to be monitored by a dermatologist. for scar marks vitamin c creams are beneficial.
