What Causes Painful Lumps On The Face?
My 7 year old daughter had a 4 bumps on her left side of face on Thursday. Friday there were a few more bumps and now it has turned to a red, pimply rash up her left side of cheek, a few behind her ear and a few by her left eye. She says its not itchy but hurts when I put the hydrocotizone on it.

It is hard to comment on the lesion without seeing. If not itchy, its unlike to be allergic but its better you consult a pediatrician or a dermatologist and advisable not to apply any hydrocort cream, as it may modify the lesion and might not be able to come to a diagnosis as to what it might be.
