What Causes Painful Lump On The Wrist?
Hi , when I bend my wrist I have started noticing a noticeable lump on my wrist and a dent right in front of it. It is not on my. Dominant hand and every other month or so it ll ache or I ll have sharp pains . I can t put to much stress on my wrist without it hurting or having excruciating pain.. It feels hard.. Not squishy at all.. What could it be? How could I rule out ganglion cyst?

From history it seems that you might be having Wrist Ganglion giving this problem.
Consult orthopedic surgeon and get examined.
If size increases, go for removal.
Chance for recurrence is there.
