What Causes Painful Lump On The Testicle?

Found a lump (very much like a bug mite) on my left testical, a little above it really, that is just making my whole left side of the sack hurt. Alittle swelling, but not to much. And the inside of my leg (left side) very upper thigh. Where the left nut is. Feels like i just did a lot of leg cruches. But just on that side. Only noticed pain and lump 2 days ago. Any answer would be helpful.

Hi,
Thanks for posting in HCM.
After reading your description, painful lump in the testicle appears to be due to infection of testicle called 'epididymo-orchitis'.
Take antibiotic Tablet. Levofloxacin 500mg once a day for 10 days.
Take analgesic Tablet.Ibuprofen with Paracetamol combination twice a day after food for 5 days.
Give adequate and proper scrotal support. Avoid having sex or masturbation for a minimum period of 3 weeks.
Gradually, your symptoms should improve.
