What Causes Painful Lump In The Testicle?
Small ball attached to the left testical. My name is Charles and I'm 23 yrs old. A week from today my left testical began to hurt, lasted for 4 days. It went away and today I noticed a small ball (smaller than a bb) on my left testical, what could this be?

Noted your history of having pain in the left testicle which lasted for 4 days and went away. You have noticed a small ball on the testicle.
This could be most probably a cyst that develops in response to the infection of epididymo-orchitis.
I would advise you the following:
Ultrasonography and color doppler of the scrotum to be sure about the ball you are feeling and its relevance to the pain you had and the possible treatment that may be needed.
Most probably this may not need any treatment and needs wait and watch policy.
