What Causes Painful Lump In Front Of My Ear And On My Jaws?

I have a very painful lump in front of my ear. It feel like a lymph node. It is even causing ear pain. I have another under my jaw on the opposite side. I thought it was because of an acne cyst on that side until the one on the opposite side appeared. Any thoughts on what it could be?

Hi, dear.
I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern. You may have some reactive lymphnode enlargement. Or sone acne like lesion. You should take a course of antibiotics. If lump doesn't respond to treatment then biopsy diagnosis is advisable.
Consult your doctor and plan accordingly.
Hope I have answered your question, if you have doubt then I will be happy to answer. Thanks for using health care magic.
