What Causes Painful Lump Along With Oozing Of Pus And Blood In Anal Region?

I have a small lump just next to anus ,may be it is fistula. Four years back i went for a minor operation to remove pus and blood.But it recurred again.It is still going on till today. The lump swell up with sharp pain and collapse during sleep coming out pus with blood and fine again. After a week it will recur again. Is there any medicine to cure it .

WHAT YOU ARE DESCRIBING IS DEFINATELY FISTULA IN ANO. THE SO CALLED PUS DISCHARGING LUMP WILL HAVE A COMMUNICATING TRACK IN WALL OF ANUS/RECTUM. SHOULD BE CONFIRMED EITHER BY A FISTULOGRAM OR BETTER MRI-FISTULOGRAM . THIS NEEDS TREATMENT BY SURGERY. TILL THEN YOU ARE ADVISED TO SIT IN SIETZ BATH(WARM WATER WITH 15 ML BETADINE IN A SHALLOW TUB) TWICE A DAY AND PRESS IN TO OUT THE PUS.
