What Causes Painful Elbow After Recovering From An Injury?

Hello, I fell on my elbow a few months ago. It was bruised and seemed to heal. Occasionally now I get pain when i put weight on it. I noticed that the pain is caused by something loose inside. Like cartilage or something semi-soft has been split and is painful when it is out of place. What is it and how can I get it to heal?

Thanks for your consultation at HCM
i have gone through your query and being your doctor I completely understand your health concerns.
Based upon the history it seems to me that you have got soft tissue injury of elbow joint. You should consult an orthopedic surgeon and get MRI of your elbow joint get done to get the exact diagnosis.
Hope your query is adequately answered.
