General & Family Physician 's  Response
Welcome to healthcaremagic,
If your delivery was a vaginal delivery and a episiotomy (cut given near vagina during birth) was done, this could be a case of reopening of stitches. An open episiotomy wound may result in passing of blood during motion and pain. You will also find difficulty to sit cross legged. I recommend you to visit your gynecologist for check up. She can check if it is due to wound reopening or any other cause and rectify it.
Hope that answers your question.
Regards, Dr.Imaad.
