Since you are also having orange, reddish blood when you use the bathroom, you are advised to get clinically examined by a gynecologist. Get all required tests and investigations done to confirm ruptured cyst and to detect tumors, endometriosis, cancer, etc. Your symptoms may be indicative of ruptured cyst. Ruptured cyst causes bleeding from the vagina. Warm compress may help. Stay at rest. Take pain relieving medications like Naproxen or Combiflam.
