What Causes Painful Cuts At The Tip Of The Penis?

I m getting problem while doing sex & masturbation . I can hold sex for about 1hour n after 1 hour I start feeling pain in my penis my gets teared in the tip n got problem while doing pee 2 . So plz suggest me possible reason how I can get painless penis n fold my penis too

Thanks for posting in HCM.

I have read your description and understand your concern.

Cuts on the penis tip can be overcome by doing the following:

1. Clean the area with mild antiseptic solution like Povidine-iodine thrice daily.
2. Take antiinflammatory-analgesic Tablet.Ibuprofen twice daily after food.
3. You need to apply Neomycin cream thrice daily.
4. Apply moisturizing lotion on the affected area at bedtime.
5. Wear loose fitting undergarments and avoid friction in the area.
6. Abstain from sexual activities till the lesions heal completely.

Maintain clean and proper genital hygiene.

Gradually, the lesions should subside and you should get better.
