General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

You are having painful cramps on the left side of the chest. You also develop pain on the jaws (both). You have pain in the legs and stomach. The cause of your symptoms are commonly acid reflux, panic attack due to stress and anxiety may cause similar symptoms, musculoskeletal sprain / strain, etc.

It may be indicative of serious ailments like developing CAD, pericarditis, Cervical radiculopathy may cause chest and arm pain and is often caused by a pinched nerve. You are suggested to get clinically examined by a GP, to detect cervical radiculopathy or musculocutaneous strain, get all required tests and investigations done. It is treated with pain relieving medicines, Ibuprofen or naproxen, one SOS when needed.

Get connected with a physical therapist. Massage therapy, exercises, etc., help to reduce the symptoms. Get all lipid function tests and routine cardiac tests done to detect any developing CAD. You will be treated accordingly. You can take Pantoprazole, Pan - 40, one SOS when needed when acid reflux or gastritis for relief. Stay away from addictions if any.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Hello,

In my opinion, it might be from gases in the large bowel. Try to do an abdominal ultrasound and be careful with food to avoid constipation. Get a lot of liquids

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
