What Causes Painful Cramps In The Joints Of Hands?

I get painful cramping in the joints of my hands where the fingers project from the palm (knuckles)and my fingers distort . I have to use my other hand often to put the distorted joints back into normal position . This happens on both hands and to multiple joints and can happen to both hands at the same time but most often the smallfinger of each hand of . The cramp pain passes in time and the symptoms come often after a lot of work with my hands , gardening etcetera

Regarding your experience of pain at your metacarpophalengial joints hand and other multiple joints at both hands I am suggesting that you have a condition called rheumatoid arthritis
In view of this please do the following test
Joint x-ray
ESR
C-REACTIVE PROTEIN test
Rheumatoid factor
Serum uric acid
Meanwhile please see a rheumatologist specialist with the results and for expect clinical assessment and adequate drug prescription
