What Causes Painful Bump On Bottom Shaft Of Penis?

Hi I really want to know what has grew inside of my penis. About 2 days ago I noticed a small bump on the bottom shaft of my penis. Then yesterday the bump grew a little. This morning when I woke up it was tender and kind of hurts me when I walk. About 12:00pm the bump had a white head on it. Then at around 9:00pm tonight I was working on my computer then went to the bathroom there was blood and a little pus coming from it. Can you let me know what this sounds like and how would I get rid of it?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi
Welcome
It is difficult to say what it is without examination. Kindly upload the picture in premium questions panel for better ardent.
Presently I feel it might be infection of hair follicle, I would suggest you to wash it with antiseptic soap, apply neosporin ointment.
Hope this helps.
Take care
