What Causes Painful Bump Near Vagina?

Hi- I am sexually active but i have not had sex for about three months ago. A month and a half ago I noticed this bump like thing by my vagina. If i touched it to was kind of painful. Then i squeezed it cause it looked like a pimple and then it went away. The lump came back today..but in a different spot. What is it?!
