What Causes Painful And Itchy Lumps On Anus Along With Bad Odour?
I have noticed 2 lumps on my anus which produce a fishy smell, they can be itchy and are (sometimes) painful after using the bathroom. They appear to be purple and are on the outside of the anus, (not a prolapsed pile). I have also noticed a slight case of diarrhea, Any idea of what it could be?

I really appreciate your concern, such lesion could be formation of abscess due to some infection and this need to be seen clinically and may needs some surgical intervention for draining pus, better to see the doctor till then you can start "Tab Ibuprofen 40 mg three times in day, Tab Amoxicillin with Clavulanic acid" twice in day, hope this information helps, take care.
