Hello and welcome to HCM,
Pain in the throat suggests sore throat caused by infection.
Pain in chest and upper back can be due to a number of causes like musculoskeletal pain, nerve related pain, pain associated with sore throat etc.
Antibiotic will cure the throat infection and the persistence of throat pain is probably due to some other cause.
In case there is associated irritation of the throat, saline gargles can be done to control the irritation.
If the pain still does not get cured, you can consult your primary healthcare provider for clinical assessment and thus management.

Thanks and take care
