What Causes Painful Acne Break Out On The Forehead?
in the last several months I have developed a break out on my forehead, it get very sore and produces small white head looking bumps. My head is a little warm and when I press the bumps it produces just a little liquid , they heal then produce more and it stay a little red all the time. I am 53 so I confused why now.

What you saying might be acne. Surprisingly in some case it can occur in advance age also. So you need not worry as it treatable. Use oint Adapalene twice after washing face with mild soap. Please consult dermatologist if no relief obtained.
