What Causes Painful Acne And Hair Growth On Face Along With Hair Fall?

i have oily face and hair loss on scalp alongwith hair growth over face . i am female 23 years old. i got married 2 months before. i am having acne on my face after marriage. Keep on happening on face and painful. doctor prescribed me these medicines Azomax capsule 250mg , kestine 10mg, Dalacin T lotion, Ruboril protection cream. i have been taking these medicines from 6-7 weeks. but didnt heal up. Kindly tell me the cause of acne and also the treatment.

Hi Dear,

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have symptoms of painful acne and hair growth on face along with hair fall which occurs when a pore in your skin gets clogged, usually with debris, bacteria and dead skin cells. It could be due to hormonal change during puberty , androgen hormones stimulate more sebum to be produced and a greater amount of skin cells to proliferate. Need not to worry. I would suggest you to apply ketoconazole on scalp and do oil massage of scalp to prevent hair loss. You should take more roughage in diet and diet rich in fibers. If condition doesn't improve in a week then consult dermatologist for proper diagnosis. Doctor may prescribe proper antibiotic course. Apply betnovate cream on pimples two times a day. Wash face with clindamycin gel.
