What Causes Pain While Urinate?

I am 15 year old female for the past almost two weeks my urine has been cloudy and it has been very painful to urinate. Today I went to the bathroom and I noticed that I had some dark brown discharge when I wiped. Could you tell me what might be wrong. Thank you.

Hello,

It could be a urinary tract infection (either a cystitis or urethritis). You're going to need antibiotic treatment. A urinalysis would prove or exclude the inflammatory nature of your condition. Your doctor is the best person to assess this condition and propose appropriate treatment. Knowing the medical history and recent antibiotic exposure is essential for choosing the antibiotic.
