When I chew some thing its paining, also 1 of my normal tooth is paining it is just beside that extracted tooth. it hurts across my face down my neck and up to my ear. Do you have swelling on the face? The extraction might had been traumatic which is giving you pain post removal. It is always advised not to chew from the side of extraction for atleast 1 week to allow the site to heal properly. Only eat soft diet, from the other side. Avoid very hot and spicy food for 1 week. Take painkiller 2 times a day for 3 days. You will be fine in 8-10 days.

Dentist, Prosthodontics Dr. RAKESH MISHRA's  Response
Pain and swelling after tooth extraction is very common difficulty in opening of mouth is also seen sometimes if your extraction was little traumatic. Take your painkillers but if the pain persist there might be chances of you having dry socket where there is loss of the blood clot and it pains a lot.
Don’t worry visit your dentist again ask him whether it is healing perfectly get an x-ray of the adjacent teeth too things will be resolved.
