What Causes Pain While Lifting The Leg?
i have pain in my lift lower leg it fill like a pull musle but i have not been doing that kind of work , i awake this morning and when i got up thats when i notce it ,first thought it was arthoritous but this pain is differt ,it only pain when i walk or move my leg.

if your pain is in ankle region, then it may be due to tenosynovitis and you can take some pain killers and apply heat over the region. if it is in knee, then apply heat there and crepe bandage
