What Causes Pain Upon Lifting Up The Neck While Suffering From Costochondritis?
I have what I have been told is costochronditis and my sternum feels like it has a raised part to it and it hurts to pull my neck up or sit up it pulls in my chest it gets worse with stress and sneezing is do bad but it feels like it s all tied into damaged muscles in thoracic spine
