What Causes Pain Under The Right Breast Close To The Breast Bone?

I have been having pains under my right breast close to my breast bone. Been belching some and passing gas. I have been eating tums like candy, took a tylonal fast time release about 2 hours ago, and just took an Advil about 1/2 hour ago. I thought was acid reflex but that never lasts this long

Hello,

Pain on the right side along with belching and passing gas are suggestive of gastritis and gastroesophageal reflux.

I suggest you take proton pump inhibitors empty stomach for 7-10 days and to avoid fatty foods, spicy foods, and aerated drinks.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
