What Causes Pain Under The Breast While Sneezing And Bending?
I had a cold for three weeks. It s been gone one month but I think I pulled a muscle, left side rib under breast. It has gotten better because I could hardly stretch out my arm. If I sneeze or cough though I feel something may burst in there and also uncomfortable bending over..feel bulge like a bulge in there. Sneezing is very bad. Thank you for any help.

you seem to be having a persistent muscle cramp in one of your intercostal muscle.
try taking an combination of NSAID with muscle relaxant also brace up and bear the pain and take deep breaths some times it relieves the cramp,
take plenty of fluids and electrolytes especially potassium reduction can cause cramps
