What Causes Pain Or Soreness In The Elbows?

Hi guys, so over the last 4 weeks, both of my elbows have become sore... i don t know how else to describe it... when i try to straighten my arms, feel the pain... i m 62 year old male... pretty healthy... no health problems other then this... could it be from working on the computer... i sit and work on a computer 8-12 hours day

thanks for posting your query to HCM. As I understand it could be because of ostioarthritis or ostioporotic changes . In old age bones get weaken because aging factor .You need to undergone radiological examination of your elbow under the guidance of an orthopedic surgeon .After that blood investigation will be planned . presently you can take NSAIDS group of drugs like acetamenophen or paracetamol to relieve pain .
