General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Your pain is related to nerve compression in your spine. So, kindly get an MRI of your spine and have look at spine surgeon or orthopedic surgeon for opinion. Nerve compression may occur due to your sitting habits or bending habits, etc. To promptly relieve pain you should take presently painkiller and start physiotherapy for better long term results.

Have a good health.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Nirav Nimavat
