What Causes Pain On Right Side Of My Upper Chest?

I m having pain on the right side of my upper chest, maybe 3 inches over the center of my breasts, not severe, no heart palpitations, just pain that feels like small cramps accompanied by a feeling of sunburn, itchiness, I m not outside enought to get sunburned. I know it s on the opposite side of my heart so I m not to worried, but still concerned.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
welcome to Health care magic.
1.The pain you are experiencing could be musculoskeletal (it this case you will have pain which will change in change of position)
2.If it is not the cause then there could be some underlying chest wall pathology.
3.May there are some lesions in the breast (as your age and sex has not mentioned)
4.Try to take some muscle relaxant and get a massage done.
5.If no relief then visit your GP and get a chest PA view, depending on the finding we will further followup.
Hope it helps you. Wish you a good health.
Anything to ask ? do not hesitate. Thank you.
